1. Acceptance of Terms

By joining the DevSecure Telegram group, interacting with our moderation bot, or using devsecure.dev, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

DevSecure operates a moderated community connecting clients seeking development work with independent developers, and coordinates an escrow-style process for related payments: funds are held until agreed deliverables are completed and approved by the client, at which point they are released to the developer.

3. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into binding agreements to use DevSecure's services. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Escrow Process

• Client and developer agree on scope, timeline, and price before any funds are exchanged.
• The client sends the agreed amount to DevSecure, which holds the funds pending delivery.
• The developer delivers the work as agreed, and the client has a defined period to review it.
• Once the client approves the deliverable, DevSecure releases the funds to the developer.
• If a dispute arises, DevSecure moderators will review the agreed scope and delivered work to determine an outcome in good faith.

5. Fees

DevSecure may charge a service fee for facilitating escrow transactions. Applicable fees will be disclosed to both parties before a transaction is funded.

6. User Responsibilities

Users agree to provide accurate information, communicate in good faith, and not use DevSecure's services for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes. Attempting to bypass escrow (e.g. requesting payment outside the platform to avoid protection) is discouraged and done at the user's own risk.

7. Disputes

DevSecure will make reasonable, good-faith efforts to mediate disputes between clients and developers based on the agreed scope of work. DevSecure's decision in a dispute is intended to be fair but is not a substitute for formal legal or arbitration proceedings where applicable.

8. Limitation of Liability

DevSecure is not responsible for the quality, legality, or outcome of work performed by developers, nor for losses arising from a user's own actions outside the escrow process. Our liability is limited to the funds actively held in escrow for a given transaction.

9. Termination

DevSecure reserves the right to remove users from the group or restrict access to its bot for violations of these Terms, fraudulent behavior, or abuse of other members.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by the laws applicable to DevSecure's jurisdiction of operation, to be confirmed and finalized as the company completes its registration process.
